Gameplay

You can reset each map and start it from scratch by following the instructions below.
A full account reset is not possible due to various problems.

1. To reset a map open the maps window in the top left corner

2. Click the bulldozer button on the map you want to reset

Keep in mind there is no undo for this operation!

Setting up iCloud for SUPER CITYCON

1. Open the Settings on your iPhone or iPad

2. Click on your Apple ID & iCloud settings.

3. Choose iCould to see your iCloud settings.

4. Make sure the “iCloud Drive” option is enabled.

5. Scroll down on the same page till you find “SUPER CITYCON” in the list of your Apps.
Make sure it’s enabled to use iCloud.

Now restart SUPER CITYCON.

If after following the previous setup, iCloud is still not available, please try rebooting your device.

SUPER CITYCON uses your iCloud to secure your save file and syncs it across all your iOS devices.

The big advantage of using iCloud, which is part of the great ecosystem Apple provides, is that your data stays under your control

The amount of space we need for this is very low, less than an average photo.

By enabling iCloud access, Apple provides us with a app specific container and SUPER CITYCON can only read from and write into this container.

We cannot access any of your other iCloud data, photos, or data from other apps.

Technical issues

If you do not get a message that tells you about an issue and what to do about it, please proceed the following steps:

  1. Reboot your device and try again
  2. If rebooting did not help, delete SUPER CITYCON and install it again
  3. If your issue still consists, please contact us – support@benwilles.com
